Costa Rican bigwig tours El Salvador’s ‘mega prison’ for solution to out-of-control migrant gang war

With an all-time high in homicides, Costa Rica is desperate for an answer to spiraling gang violence — and is considering it’s own “hellhole” mega-prison, officials said.
