At least 19 dead after storms bring flooding and tornadoes to parts of US

A series of storms, brought on by warm temperatures, an unstable atmosphere, strong winds, and large amounts of moisture arriving from the Gulf, have brought tornadoes, heavy rains and flooding to parts of the US.
