Donald Trump is having a bad week in the legal system to put it mildly. He lost a summary judgment against E. Jean Carroll. His stooge Peter Navarro was convicted at trial. And his co-defendants Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro lost their attempt at severing their trials, meaning it’ll be difficult for Trump to do the same. Then came today’s Fulton County special grand jury report, making clear just how guilty Trump is.
Trump isn’t taking any of it well. He’s ranting and raving online about how the “Fascist Monsters” have taken down “the great Peter Navarro,” before going on to semi-incoherently suggest that China might have been involved somehow? It’s hard to figure out what Trump is even trying to say anymore.
Trump then went on to paint a laughably fictional picture of what the Fulton County special grand jury report says. It’s the latest sign that Trump is giving up trying to fight any of these battles in the real world, and is instead settling for comforting himself with delusional fantasies on his way down.
Somewhere in amongst all his rants today, Donald Trump stopped to voice his approval of how a certain interview went on Fox News. That’s right, instead of working on his defense strategy for his numerous upcoming criminal trials, or even working on his imaginary 2024 campaign, Trump is spending his time staring at the TV all day. He’s a goner.
